גיוס תרומות - ארגונים רשומים בלבד

גיוס תרומות באמצעות מערכת נדרים פלוס מותר אך ורק לארגונים ללא מטרות רווח הרשומים כדין בישראל: עמותה רשומה אצל רשם העמותות או חברה לתועלת הציבור.

הליך אימות לקוחות

כל ארגון לקוח במערכת עובר הליך קליטה ואימות פרטני:

כל לקוח חייב להיות ישות משפטית רשומה בישראל.
כל לקוח נקלט מול חברת אשראי סולקת בישראל ומקבל מספר ספק ייעודי משלו, בהליך הכולל אימות מסמכי ההתאגדות הרשמיים ובעלות על חשבון הבנק.
ארגונים המגייסים תרומות מאומתים כעמותות רשומות במסגרת הליך הקליטה.

בתי עסק

בתי עסק רשאים להשתמש במערכת לגביית תשלומים מסחריים בלבד (שכר לימוד, דמי חבר, שירותים ומוצרים), המתועדים בחשבוניות מס.

על פי הדין בישראל, רק ארגונים ללא מטרות רווח רשומים רשאים להפיק קבלות תרומה. מערכת הקבלות של נדרים פלוס אוכפת מגבלה זו באופן טכני: בית עסק אינו יכול להפעיל עמוד תרומה או להפיק קבלת תרומה, וזאת בנוסף לאכיפה של רשות המיסים.

Donation Collection Policy (English)

Nedarim Plus (Matara Hafakot Ltd.) is a payment platform serving thousands of organizations in Israel. This policy defines who may collect donations through the platform and how this is enforced.

Registered Nonprofit Organizations Only

Donations may be collected through the Nedarim Plus platform only by nonprofit organizations registered in Israel: registered nonprofit associations ("Amutot", registered with the Israeli Registrar of Nonprofits) or public benefit companies.

Client Vetting Process

Each client must be a legal entity registered in Israel.
Each client is onboarded with an Israeli acquiring (credit card) company and is assigned its own dedicated merchant number. This process includes verification of the entity's official registration documents and bank account ownership.
Organizations collecting donations are verified as registered Israeli nonprofit organizations as part of their onboarding.

Business Clients

Commercial businesses may use the platform for commercial payments only (such as tuition, membership fees, services and goods), documented with tax invoices.

Under Israeli law, only registered nonprofit organizations may issue donation receipts. The Nedarim Plus receipting system enforces this restriction technically: a business client cannot operate a donation page or issue a donation receipt, in addition to the enforcement by the Israel Tax Authority.
